Professional courier should rename themselves as Unprofessional Courier. This is the worst courier service that I have ever come across.
1.Their staff has no courtesy and least inclination to solve a customer issue.
2.Their on-ground staff never, I mean really never, pick up the call.
3.Their online tracking system never updates about the shipment.
4.They have put lot of e-mail IDs of their local office and corporate office. If you write to them, their would never be a response.
Take it for sure that once you use their unprofessional courier service, you would never get your consignment. On top of it you would waste time and money on phone calls to call their various offices.
My sincere advice: Use India post if you really don’t have a choice. They are much more reliable and courteous.
