We had a very poor experience with The Professional Courier Services, Santosh Nagar (IS Sadan) branch. I had an important courier dispatched from Tellicherry, Kerala (TLY0354892) on 17th May. I needed it on hand by 21st May. After a lot of following up over phone on 21st in Kerala and Hyderabad (Madina branch) offices, we came to know that it had reached Hyderabad, Santosh Nagar by 20th morning itself. When trying to call them, their response was very disturbing.
Once they almost shouted at us and later part of the day, it was just busy tone. We had it enough and when we went to their office, we were shocked to see our letter on a window corner fully wrinkled. They said that it was on hold because there were two Meerpet in Hyderabad - despite the sender clearly writing the PIN code our Phone number - no one cared to call to clarify.
Also, the worst part was, when we went there they were playing songs on their land line and not caring to answer the calls! When they cannot deliver a letter from Santosh Nagar to Meerpet, we are wondering how the Professional couriers will deliver to International locations!
