I sent a project submission relating to my course to Symbiosis Pune on 24/09/14 from Surat. I was checking the professional courier website regularly to track the status of the delivery. The project was supposed to be received by the university on 26/9/14 but the status on the website still showed "in transit".
I made a call to Symbiosis on the 28th to confirm delivery and they responded negatively and asked me to send them a screen shot of the proof of delivery with the SCDL stamp. I had the fright of my life and immediately contacted the Professional courier Surat contact number, I was informed that the project had been sent from Surat and had arrived in Pune. The respective person gave me a contact number of the Pune delivery service, who in turn instructed me to contact the Professional Courier Pune head office. I was told that the project had been delivered on the 26th itself. I requested them to update the tracking details as well as upload the proof of delivery.
They agreed to my request but failed to carry out their responsibiltiy. After making many calls which were responded by lame excuses such as no electricity, low server, call me back in half n hour, sorry we can’t help you, I was forced to speak to them sternly which didn’t seem to budge them either. I realised that I was not to receive the confirmation of delivery proof which is the right of every customer. My final attempt before I gave up was to contact SCDL on 1/10/14, where I was informed that they had received the project the same day in the morning that is the 1st. I sighed in relief. This was by far the most irresponsible, careless and disappointing experience. Never ever choose this courier service for any of your important documents.
