KUR608209464, Dispatched on 29th Oct’22, from Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad; not delivered or returned till 16th Nov’22. Calling at 970270xxxx, they have no idea where the consignment is. The person I spoke with, asked me to SMS the address of receiver so that he can email to Professional Help Desk, and I am wondering if they were going to deliver it, why they don’t have the address? Was it thrown in trash after charging 150 rupees for normal speed delivery in 5 days?
