I can’t use professional couriers’ services even for my enemy, but thanks to infibeam.com, I am stuck with professional couriers and their highly unprofessional staff and customer care department.
I was about to receive a courier five days back, it is still "missing" A courier from Delhi to Pune is sent to Mumbai- Kurla, I have no idea for which funny reason. I call their local numbers, no one picks calls. I call their Corporate office, a woman in military voice tells me "It’s not her job to track the courier".
She gives me another numbers of local customer care executives. I try this numbers. After multiple attempts the man on other end picks up the call and speaks with paan filled mouth that he doesn’t know where my courier is.
"I can tell you only if it comes to pune, if it is in mumbai, I can’t do anything." He says.
Hello. I didn’t sent it to mumbai. How can he not help me. Is it not the job of courier services to provide the parcels. When it comes to professional couriers, I doubt that they think it is part of their job.
After infibeam.com people made calls to professional courier, I got a call from the Delhi office. A woman tells me that out of my 2 parcels, one is in Hinjewadi Pune, another one, she also doesn’t know any whereabouts of. She asks me- Can you go to Hinjewadi and collect the parcel?
My polite reply was- Should I not go to Delhi and receive the parcel?
I have no idea how can a courier service ask someone in Baner, Pune to drive to Hinjewadi which is some 20 kms from Baner to collect a parcel.
I am so dissatisfied with this courier service that I will recommend that if you want to torture someone using a courier service, parcel the stuff with professional. Else, spare the time and effort, never use professional courier service.
