Professional Courier is hopeless. Do not rely on these guys. I have my consignment # DEL 38741** which I sent gave for courier on 20th OCt, said they would deliver in 3 working days at the max from Mumbai to Jalgaon. its been 10 days today the packet never got delivered, the status on their website shows that they have couriered my packet to Kolkatta by mistake.
No body at their office picks up the phone, nor does the agent reply back. Never ever deal with them in your life. Its frustrating.My recommendations for TPC is never ever deal with them in your life, it mere waste of time. The agent whom I gave the packet says its not his fault, the company is at stake, if you want to raise an escalation do that, I don’t care. The best option is to teach these guys a lesson so that they do not take the public fore granted all the time.
