Once bitten twice shy. Not with me - as I have made mistake by sending courier through professional courier twice. During the last festive season sent new garments back home - they never reached. Ranchi office blames Kolkata.
While Kolkata blames Ranchi. They also have the audacity to simply mail back nothing can be done as package is lost/stolen’. this after two months. Mind you I had used the premium service - even they have no refund policy for courier charges.
So basically I felt that they were running an organized racket.
