I have a package with tracking number DEL108838788, it was showing as’out for delivery’ from last Friday(19/Dec/14) but till today(22/Dec/14) I did not receive the product. Tried to reach the customer care by phone, but no luck, tried for thousands time and all the time it is busy.
Also called the Ramagondanahalli branch on Saturday(20/Dec/14), and was assured that it will be delivered on the same day but it was not. This is the worst kind of unprofessional courier service I have ever faced. Also this is not my first experience with Professional courier like this.
Earlier also I had exactly same kind of experience where my product was lying in your Marathahalli branch and no one gave the delivery for 4 days and finally I had to went there and personally took the delivery.
Please change your name to Unprofessional courier.
