I sent a courier ( blr475147478) on jan 20, 2014 & it got delivered in Noida on 22nd Feb 2014. This was done after painful follow ups. (their superb customer relation executives never pick calls & they don’t care too!)
I am waiting for an explanation from them before going for legal option. Please avoid this company, they are big time frauds.
