I have ordered a parcel from Bangalore, and my service provider couriered it using Professional Couriers.
For the first parcel, I was waiting, waiting and waiting. I searched the site, there is no customer care number, just a form, which I filled, and that went deep into some dustbin. I havent received any response. I tried calling the office, they advised me to use tracking facility, and told me that parcel is in GOA and better I should talk to GOA office only.(I am still clueless how come GOA entered in between journey from Bangalore to Dapoli(near Mumbai Goa highway). Goa office never picked up my call. When I approached local office, they replied me on the basis of three points.
We do not track incoming couriers.
If that parcel has been received here will handover it to you. Else we cannot help and don’t know where your parcel is.
There is no use asking us about the delivery, better contact our region office.
Suddenly one day, WHOA I got the parcel, after exactly 31 days from courier date, I had my parcel in my hands.
May be some temp. problem with them I thought, and now again for the second parcel, I have been waiting for 21+ days, its not yet delivered.
I loved the name PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, but sadly there is nothing one could LOVE about this company.
