One important document was booked from Mys on 20th Dec 2023 to Bangalore. Normal govt post takes at the max 2 days, but this UNprofessional courier is taking over 3 days (still awaiting to receive my courier)
When I call to enquire I get very vague response that the person has missed to pick hence delayed
Never ever go for them rather go for postal service which are more reliable
