Recently I opted your service. My consignment number is BLR37600317.
It was supposed to go from Bangalore to Patna. I booked the consignment on 31st March.
Till your Patna branch it went normally without any delay. It has reached Patna on 2nd April. After that I waited 4 days, but still no updates.
After losing all hopes, I called your customer care. After trying 6-7 mobile and landline number, one number got connected and I spoke to your Patna branch.
What she asked me was my consignment number and address. I was shocked to hear this, that she is asking me the address that where to deliver. And even she was not sure that whether the consignment is present in Patna branch or not. She told me that she needs to check that. Finally, she told me that by tomorrow you will get your consignment. Up to this, I was holding my gentleness, but next day when I called she told me that it will be better if you come and collect. Somehow I went and collected it because I wanted it urgently.
I was confused whether this is your normal procedure or problem is with that branch. I didn’t got any explanation on delay.
This kind of service is not at all acceptable. Please have an end to end look on the consignment, it was lying on same place for 4 days but nobody was bothered. This mail is not regarding my experience, but to help future customers.
There are so many other courier service also, but if someone has chosen you, then you should stand on there belief.
I registered one complain with CRM ID CRM122217. That also is unattended till now. I don’t understand that did you really check all complain or feedback.
