The worst courier service seen ever. I courier DVD from Chennai to Kolkata on 8th-May-2013 (MAA512011378) charge Rs. 65/-. After five days also courier not reach to Consignee. I tracked, and my wonder start, after two days it reach to Kolkata and on same day it also returned from there without any proper reason (My assumption they don’t deliver to the destination address), and it’s return back to Chennai.
Several time I wrote to Mumbai HO, customer care, but till date no reply came from there.
I called Chennai c/c always busy tone, from General query div. gave me my local office number, which is always switch off.
In tracking site, I see two days they mentioned as door close for courier return, whereas my wife always at home, and didn’t got any call from delivery boy, so it’s false update. My point is, if they deliver only limited place they should confirm it before taking courier, customer care should be more prominent.
Don’t ever try to use this worst and chit courier service. It’s better to use DTDC/Blue Dart.
