I had a parcel to be shipped from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Professional Couriers took almost 7 days to get it delivered with me following up with them each and every day.
The consignment tracking on their website didn’t have any proper information and I had to call them everyday to confirm the status of the parcel. The staff at the office were really mean and didn’t care of replying back to any query I put to them.
I had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to use this service.
