There cannot be something worse than Professional couriers. This I tell from the nightmarish experience I have had with these guys. I sent very important documents on last friday, 13 may with assurance that it would reach in two working days. After that its been hell of a ride. The courier has still not been delivered. I am quoting below, some of the statements made by a particular Sharma from the noida sector 11 office.
I can read this address part as a’C’ and not an’E’. You have the address wrong and you put the balme on us. And I am not illiterate.
Points: The guys at bangalore wrote me the acknowledgement slip with an’E’. Moreover the phone number of the reciever is on the envelope.
We wont call anyone. If the person is there we wud deliver it. Else we wud come back.
Points: My friend was waiting for the delivery the entire day. No one called him or went to his house. These guys are nt going at all. They probably want people to get from their office itself.
You are not paying premier money like you do for fedex or blue dart. We are just charging a low amount and you put the blame on us.
So is it about the money. Damn. I had this proffesional office opposite ma office and sent it via them. Whatso ever. I made a million calls probably worth a few hundreds to get this thing done with. Its not done yet. SO yes in an indirect way I am paying for premier service.
Made a call to the regional office as well. Those guys are giving a different number to cal. Very rude as well. When I called them back a second time to tell the number they gave was nt working, its busy all the time any point of tiime in a day. They just screen your call
And this guy was not trying to help at all. He doesnt even understand the meaning of’urgent’. He is just taking it so lightly. I am even getting fedup of writing this because its about professional couriers. The name in itself is a joke. These guys should be shut down.
Please dont go for Proffesional couriers if you can at all. VERY BAD SERVICE.
Well, I had the laugh of my day, when I saw from their website that they provide international service as well . lol . ROFL
