I have send a courier on 30/12/2016 form Kochi to Bangalore. Previously online tracking was showing that it has reached Mahadevapuram, Bangalore on 31/Dec. But there is no further information about the courier.It contains some
important documents .I have contacted many times in Kochi and Bangalore offices and also Registered a complaint. I was told on 10 Jan that there is no service area to the consignee address(which is a IT Hub area) and so returning it back.I don’t understand why they are not having service to such a crowed area. And the worth thing is that there was no updates after that.I am very displeased with your service which is not at all professional.It would be a great help to the public if government ban this courier service.And I have no idea where is my courier currently.I now regret that I have not checked the reviews before sending.Indian post is doing a pretty good service than this.And I am pretty sure that I wont’s use your courier service again and won’t recommend it to any one.
