I’ve ordered a small item from eBay and they send it through d professional’courier’ service from Hyderabad. Now the center near my home called me and told no home delivery n I have to go to their office and collect it. I conveyed my in convenience to them. Still they said no home delivery anywherein kerala for professional courier so I’ve to come and collect it. I complained to the calicut regional office Mr. Pradeesh operations manager. He was was telling whatever you wanna do do it we won’t deliver it to homes cos no enough staffs are there in d delivery department. I complained to the cochin head office and they are also ignorant about the issue. So if you value your money never go for professional courier services.
