I agree with all the good that has been said abt this coy. However those are things of the past. I was sent a courier from mumbai. It contains my childs school text books. The coonor branch which is at the most 5 km from my house refuses to deliver it to me despite of my informing them that i have a fracture and will be difficult to collect it from them.
After a day i am still waiting for my courier. The saddest part being that at the time of accepting they said that it can be delivered.can someone help in sorting this mess. is the mgt of the coy even bothering abt such issues. the staff in addition is also not courteous. long time back when they started they would be courteous nowadays the are so rude that u feel the local post office is thousand times better. does being cost effective give TPC a right to be Cheap????????
