My uncle send a courier . I told my friend to collect the parcel and my friend is lady, delivery guy RAJU called my friend and talked in very rude manner. and when she was guiding the to come to address, he said I cannot come there and I have to make other deliveries also. the road to my place is fine, and in proper condition and even truck can come properly . but he was in early 40’s and I think he drive auto . and then RAJU said come to this place and collect it and my friend called me and explained me the whole situation and I thought I will explain him not to talk like this to ladies as a general suggestion and I went to collect the parcel, ya he was COMPLETELY DRUNK and I asked him not to talk like this. he started shouting me on my face - " I didnot do anything like u are saying, your friend is wrong. I have all calls recorded on my mobile. If courier company want the recordings I can send you
I have send this note to courier company also
Consider this as COMPLAINT and I dont want any apologize mail. You have to take an action against that guy and I pretty sure I can file harassment case on your company and even on that guy. and I really mean it.
But havent received any anything, It seems like they are hardly concerned .
