The day I booked my stuff to move from Mumbai to Delhi, the woes started form that very point.
An estimater came from their so called office and gave me estimate of 45 K, which settled down to 40 K after some negotiations. On the day of shifting they came at 10 AM , with 2 labourers and with packing materials which exhausted, while packing 50 % of the stuff. So they went to bring some more packing stuff, which again exhausted. This went on until 12 Midnight. Then the truck they brought to carry the stuff was big enough to accommodate everything. Everything was a mess with them.
Once my goods reached Delhi , nobody called to update. And we called to know where are they, they speak in such filthy language that no lady of your family handle them.
After your goods have gone , they don’t pick their phone. I went to their office to fight and get my stuff delivered to my address . Which happened in 14th Day since they have started from Mumbai. They have promised to do it in a week’s time.
Total chaos and forgery.
