Nothing is good about this bank, I am using credit card from last few months. I didn’t any single thing which is good.
There customer care which they have mentioned on their card & website, never gets connected. Its rings & only rings.
It can ring for whole day but no one will respond from other side. I have posted a complaint over Facebook, I faced same issues. After 10 messages they gave one response "please let us know your query". I told them about the issue but they never replied. I posted a whole story on their Facebook page & after that I received a call from on their executive "Mala" who sits to their Delhi Branch.
She discussed the whole issue & told me what to do, when I done that. Bank started denying that this is a wrong process & we don’t allow this. So, first they told you to spend & when it comes to solution, they will deny for everything.I will get my block in a day or two for sure.
