The hotel is centrally located at the center of the city.Staff is very polite and helpful.Rooms are neat and clean.The restaurant is great. Free breakfast provided is sumptuous. You would be delighted with the varieties especially if you are a connoisseur of south Indian food. Hotel offers 12:00 pm checkout if you book through other sites but 24 hour checkout if it is done through their site.Hotel is visited mostly by people from Singapore, Malaysia , Sri Lanka.
However there are also some irritants like
1) Smart card access not working in the lift at times. If you enter a crowded lift you might end up in a different floor as your access card takes time to swipe or doesn’t work at all
2) House keeping does not change all the toiletries on a daily basis for eg: complementary soap was not changed in my 4 days of stay.
I carry my own soap so it doesn’t bother me much.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel & would definitely come back
