Revenant is a must watch film?? just for the fact it managed more Oscar nominations than Mad-max Fury Road. The film directed by the acclaimed Alejandro González Iñárritu. The movie is inspired by the true story of legendary explorer Hugh Glass who was left for dead in by his own hunting team after he was brutally attacked by a bear. The film is a visual treat and the protagonist’s intense struggle in harsh conditions is unsettling. DiCaprio gives a riveting performance as he trudges through the tough terrain, sleeps in animal carcasses after he is mauled & betrayed. Its almost as if he sprays silver paint on his face and screams at the Academy Witness Me.
