Firstly let me inform you I am reviving about the servicing problems faced at The Shelar TVS parvati gaon, Pune
I bought my TVS Jupiter from this showroom some 4 months ago.They don’t have good finance plans.They also don’t give special discounts to people who are buying from this showroom.
The main concern is of service & support which they are extremely bad at.I am facing problems with the mileage of my TVS Jupiter.I have complained about that to the service center many a times, also personally visited it many times but they aren’t able to fix out my issue.I am facing this as a very major issue & I want them to seriously look at that but no one is taking that into consideration.
The staff here is quiet nice & they speak politely to people but when the topic comes to solve the issue of the customer they fail to do so.
The work done here is not also on time.They are postponing my work since days & left with no other option I have to visit the service center again & again by hoping that my issue gets resolved this time.
So my opinion you can go for other dealers also who can provide you with good & fast sevices.
