Its been ten years since I was first introduced to Homer, Margret, Bart, Lisa and Maggie. They havent grown a bit since I first saw them but I sure have. Yep people, The Simpsons are now officially in their tenth year of being the most lovable family of Springfield. Ive been watching this show ever since I started wetting my bed but it only gets better, season after season after season, the newest one being aired on Star World at 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Each episode outlines the life of this eccentric family and just about touches our hearts, with brilliant voice overs and dialoges this show is a treat to the eyes. Homer with his nuclear factory job, obsession for donuts and Duff beer and careless attitude could very well be described as the worlds worst dad....and thats why we love him! Marge is the most normal charecter here but thats how the others stand in such contrast. Bart, the oldest son who in the typical spoilt American brat way calls his father by his name, skateboards like a rad dude and is a trouble maker icon is the most lovablle of all. Lisa, straight A student, sucks up to teachers and is the class nerd is exactly the opposite of her brother and last of all Maggie the baby of the household and bears the brunt of all her families craxy behaviour. If this does not tempt you to turn the TV on for even old season re-runs at 3:30 on Star World everyday then I just wasted a lot of time writing this review!
