I got a chance to witness the hospitality of Novotel Chain when I first went there with my team for a team event in November, 2015.
I have to say that ambience(which plays a significant role after food) is mind blowing. Quality of food was great and more than 18 desserts were there. Service was also good.
It’s spacious and suitable for people from all walks of life.
Suggestion: The Male and Female symbols outside washroom are too confusing as they were almost identical and one can’t make it out which one is for men and which is for women. Although one can make it out clearly by reading He/Male and She/Female but then if this is the case, It loses whole point of having an image/icon.
