I came across the Tasting Room when a friend of mine recommended it for a date and ever since I have been a regular. It was, still is, the perfect place for a first date, it isn’t very formal neither does it actually look like a casual dining restaurant. It has managed to crack the perfect balance between the two.
The ambience and decor is simply stunning. They have a very European-esque vibe and for some time you will forget that you are in the bylanes of Lower Parel. The staff and management are extremely efficient and polite and will make your experience all the more pleasant.
The food here is absolutely delicious. Some of my favorite dishes at the Tasting Room are Beer Battered Prawn, Sea Bowl, Asian inspired Tenderloin Carapaccio, Baked Goat Cheese Xangles and Classic Tenderloin Burger.
They have exhaustive list of assorted wine. There is a huge variety to choose from. Hence, I recommend this place to wine lovers as well as fine diners.
