I would personally recommend Times of India to all if they want to be in pace with the world as well as improve their communication skills. I am working in a muti-national company & I have been immensely helped by TOI in improving my English & communication skills.
In fact, most of the English Speaking & Personality Development classes use TOI as a medium of delivering quality education & knowledge.
