Difficult to recomm TOI becos of many reasons.
if u want unbaised news then this is not the correct paper. I believe the hindu to be better news paper.
if u want to reach a larger audience for ur product then maybe TOI gives a better deal.
I have seen TOI giving baised articles on its own products like radio mirchi, its classfied etc.
if u want to know what is happening in the world and are ready to take the news with a pinch of salt then TOI is a excellent news paper.
in conclusion, it depends on ur requirement either news or classified or audiences etc.
