During the pandemic Toi newspaper delivery was dicontnued for more than 6 months.Toi compensated by extended paper delivery by adding 2 months .Recently I renewed the annual subscription, however immediately after renewal the Delivery agent demanded one months paper cost and refused to continue delivery of newspaper for last 15 days.Matter is not being resolved by TOI as I have given all options of change in Delivery Agent/compensation to Delivery agent by reducing quota of newspaper/refund of fees.Any one faced a similar situation, even Airlines have started refunding.Awaiting positive feedback
