I shifted from Vasai to Dahisar on 26/06/2020, wrote an email to change my address, which got a delayed response on 03/07/2020, I got a mail stating it will be done by 10 working days, today is the 30th day of mail I received, but the change of address is still not done. I am unable to get daily newspaper copy. After repeated phones, I had verbal conersation with one of the lady, she gave me the assurance that it will be done in 2 days, Awaiting to get over 2 days.
A leading India’s newspaper certainly irresponsible, I can say.
Its about the customer rlationship which is at the stake, if they aren’t able to change the address, they should say it upfront to take a new subscription. Atleast, I wouldn’t have wasting my time, energy, mind and emotions.
