i visited ooty in oct 06, and booked this hotel after reading review and taking friends recommendation......i found this more much better than what I was expecting ..the hotel is located on top of a hill...and have very very good view of ooty hills....this is very close distance from main market....auto guys usually charge 60 rs from bus stand to hotel..
they have 4 diffrent type of rooms...starting at 800 rs to 1800 rs...i will recommend taling any room above 1200 ..best room is super delux room no 123 to 126...they have 2 rooms with private garden...also good rooms......
Food for north indian as well as south is good...and if u really want to taste good food and very good hospitality ..visit hotel kings cliff which is at walking distance from this hotel....
if u like to be treated as king ...visit kings cliff...once for dinner...best timing about 7 Pm...till 9 PM..u can also enjoy songs and mucic along with good food....and nice staff aroung...
this was my 3rd visit to ooty but ooty was never so good as I felt this time....
i will recommend this and well as kings cliff from my heart....worth ur money and time spent there....
