Worst Service ever by Mr.Murali-Front Desk

As a product, the hotel is very good, but the staffs are really spoiling it.especially the front desk person Murali.If the hotel has a different rate he is selling it in a different rate.I saw Rs.2250 for the garden suite on their printed tariff card but this person has taken Rs.1000 extra telling me its being a busy period (Aug 14- 16 2009) he has given me the room by shifting their staying guest to a near by hotel ’Monarch’ whose tariff has to be beared by me, which I have never heard in any state or country .


I also asked for the reciept for which he has refused.I payed the extra money while checking out since I was getting delayed for my flight. I wanted to meet the manager but nobody was bothered to bring him to the scene.The owners of the hotel please have a check done otherwise you will loose the goodwill of your company.Only good thing about your hotel is the gentlemen in the housekeeping dept. who served us with a wonderfull smile in anytime of the day.Pls do the neccessary changes for guests like us to return back....
