We had booked 3 rooms at the Bandipur resort but my family and I couldnt go as our 6 year old had a medical emergency. I called to request cancelation of 1 room but was met with a firm "it is our policy not to refund for any reason unless you cancel 3 days prior. We cant make an exception for you as people get sick all the time, people expire(die), and people meet with accidents. If we do it for you, we would need to do it for them".

I made a booking in June to stay at this resort on August 6th and 7th, but by 1st July something came up and I had to cancel. The cancellation policy states that dates may be cancelled or altered 7 days prior to check-in so I was well within this period. Since that day to this I have not had a refund, just emails going back and forth, and whats worse is that in one email sent in July they have said that the money has been refunded! This is a terrible way to treat a genuine customer and has put me off ever booking with them again.
