I am not a student of TWB but definitely wanted to join it after listening to the promises of 100% job assistance and the name of the companies claimed to be associated with TWB. But after going through the syllabus I had a serious doubt about the validity of the certificate as the course had no mention of any technical writing tools like Abode Frame maker, Robo Help Snagit etc that are essential for technical writing job. On inquiring about the same.
I was told that what the companies are looking for is good English writing skills and not technical knowledge. I was not very convinced and inquired in a few companies about the requirements of a tech writing job and everybody unanimously said that knowledge of authoring tool is mandatory.
