Yoga is something that everybody follows in their daily life. everyone has their account of jobs to perform, stress to face which can be work stress mental stress or other. Yoga is a common answer to all, just the difference is you do the same job but with less stress and more happiness.
How you belive in yoga varies from person to person, some believe in the spiritual part and some in the fitness & flexibility, some in the cure of health and some a solution to stress.
Yoga should always first be started with mind, relax and concentrate on ones breath, even 20 minutes a day can easy your stress and increase your memory. Usually mind controls our actions, in a way a ruler, but mind is supposed to serve us, Yoga helps us control it to our wish.Yoga is a way to teach us to concentrate the mind, to transform our thoughts, patterns and habits.
There is another set of Yoga called Meditation to release Anger, Sadness and Fear. Much of the work in this set is for the Navel, where we often hold our anger and fear.
One way of yoga is living life the right way, todays problem that the young generation is evolved with is weight, well dieting is one thing they follow killing their hunger, But it is found that with such people no sooner they are in contact with their likeness of food , they get distracted. So not desiring to see things is not the answer. Merely stopping the contact with the object of the thing is not the answer. The answer is to bring change in the routine to the extent you can follow, make changes in the quality then the quantity. eat right at a time so you dont feel the urge at wrong timings.
Yoga helps you do small things easily.
In a city like mumbai where you see people running for materialistic life through out with all the pressure on them they hardly have time to concentrate on their life and way of living. Yoga helps them relax and freshen up. By sitting in the golden light of the sun during the early hours of the morning concentrating on your breath relaxes you more than anything you can imagine.
Regular practice of yoga helps you bring flexibilty to your stiff body. In earlier days there was enough work to make you hungry and stay fit, but with todays life, short familys and technology - your eating habits are more than your digestion.You do not sleep well. It is very necessary to have a 6 hour clear sleep in the night. Proper breathing exercises, yoga aasaans and proper schedule of eat & sleep can bring tremendous change to ones hectic life.
Life is beautiful. To follow yoga u just need to follow simple things in life. The most important is controlling anger. Yoga comes with patience and practice.
Yoga says there are 7 seven steps to happiness.

Commitment will give you CHARACTER, all your flaws and facts are under control. There is balance. It is not you who wins in the end, it is your character.
Character will give you DIGNITY, people start liking , trusting and respecting you.
This will give you DIVINITY where people have no fear about you
Divinity will give you GRACE a person of grace is gracious and has no hidden agendas
This gives you THE POWER TO SACRIFICE you can stand pain for other people
That sacrifice will give you HAPPINESS
Every human born o this earth comes with a mission, When one does it with devotion and conviction success comes from all sides. One must let their manners speak for them, their deeds to prove and make a stand for them. A person must have attitude but that should be the attitude of grace. For one Success may mean by social status or materialistic success. But in true sense success is smile, success is the peace of mind, success is how we treat others, success is the feeling of happiness.
Simple yoga like taking the right breathing that is when you inhale your stomach has to come out and when you exhale the stomach should go in.
You may not do heavy exercises in yoga just simple ones can help you in your daily life.
