This mail is to let you know the reception services at your Yoga Institute.
I called today to inquire about yoga classes at 1:00 pm. A lady picked up the call. Upon asking for information, she was quite rude to divulge details.When asked to meet the yoga instructor, she asked very angrily, why do you want meet him? Then she gave Saturday introductory classes details.
She was too hesitant to provide any kind of information and on top of that she was completely lacking phone manners. Finally when I asked her name. she said no for it and after much probing, she said its the reception and then said I am Kulkarni.
I must say this is the worst reception service I ever had in my entire life.That lady doesn’t deserve to sit there or she should trained professionally to handle telephone enquires.
I wonder an institute like yours hires such manner-less people who are completely devoid of ettiquettes.
I reside in santacruz and wanted to join yoga classes but I am sure I will never recommend your institute to anyone because I don’t want them to face the same scenario. It’s pathetic in simple words.
