Spent 3days in this resort in Go. Goa in rain is awesome due to the fresh green rain drenched feel of the place wherever one would look.
This resort is 45 mins away from the airport. The property is vast, very well maintained and bang on the secluded beach. The beach was empty and so for us only. The sea is bit turbulent at this time of the year.
They offer very competitive monsoon deal. Hence, the hotel was bursting to the seams with loud groups from North written all over them. People without shape and well past their prime lumbering around in their shorts and sleevless Ts are not a sight to behold, it gave the place a cheap, dirty feel.
The lunch and Buffet spreads are large but the the taste was not typical Goa. The goanese taste has been modified to appeal to the north Indian guest and ended up being neither goanese or northern!
We had organized a Dj night for our group. The bar had a limitation interms of glasses. They gave shorts in assorted glasses. Most irksome was the fact that throughout the evening the glasses I have left on the table were taken out even if it had more than 75% of the drinks left.
Will I go back to this resort? Very unlikely.
