10th Oct : I ordered p770 smartphone on this website where I was told that Cash on Delivery is a valid option.Its been four days with no progress in order status and even the support team is clueless about my order.Some say that COD is not valid, some say I will get revert from their side regarding the order status on mail.There is no order confirmation mail yet from their side.
There is no tracking number provided and to my horror, now I see the product is out of stock. It would have been better if I had purchased from retail shop. There is no proper guidance regarding a customer’s order or tracking.
The support team does call back very soon if you have a problem but they are clueless and provide no satisfying answer.
14th Oct : The lenovo as well as NDSL guys requested me to wait for 8 days and now when I call them , they say they must have cancelled the order. I was vouching on them that they will deliver and so I did not buy from other site or store.
I was kept waiting with no positive result. Now the product is out of stock on other sites and even if in stock, the price has gone up by 1K + .
