Product not yet delivered.

I have placed an order 5 days back.They sent me an email that the product is being shipped.I am unable to track the product using their website.


So I called them to ask whats going on.One sweet female voice said "sorry sir, the courier service cannot deliver the product to the given address".I have checked the website and it says they can deliver it to my location’s pincode.Are they doing FINANCE business with my money or what?


A Refund takes 8 more days to process if I cancel the order.Kidding?I thought I am being clever buying a phone from official store of LENOVO.


But now I am fooled with their poor service.WOW!they are unable to send me the product even when I agree to pay for its courier service.


If they know a product can’t be delivered to a certain address, they have to inform it to the customer right?But they are sleeping in their cabins and leaving everything to the customer care department.It sucks. Such careless system.They should refund immediately if they are unable to send the product.
