The worst service I have ever seen. You can’t contact to their customer care. they always take half an hour to pick the call. On their website it will take 5 to 7 business day to deliver the order. They have given me consignment detail but I am not able to retrieve status of my order.
They have mentioned some flight despatch courier service and I think it doesn’t exist at all.Better you people buy lenovo products from other store or don’t buy lenovo at all.Can anyone tell me how I can lodge a consumer case.
