The Hindu is the worst newspaper in terms of customer care. I had subscribed for The Hindu newspaper online on 29th July 2017, but still I have not yet started receiving the newspaper.
Despite my several complains, the customer care team is only giving me the complaint number and tells that the newspaper will be delivered from tomorrow onwards but it is not getting delivered.
It’s been a month since I have been waiting for the newspaper. If The Hindu team has any professionalism and shame left, they should resolve the issue. I have never come across such a bunch of unprofessionals which take the customers for granted.
