A very good organization but Incentive rule kills

As per HR policy and last year’s increment letter, incentive is applicable for employees worked till 1st July 2023. However, the rule suddenly changed without giving anything in writing. I just lost incentive which is almost 10% of my yearly income and a very big amount for middle class people. This is a complete missout from "Corporate HR". They didn’t convey rule to employees by revising and conveying the HR policies in writing to employees. Even after multiple requests, mails and discussions with higher officials; none of them could provide written evidence wherein Incentive applicability was mentioned. This is complete unethical approach and making people leave a very good organization. Thermax is already paying less compared to market salaries. On the top of it, they are deducting Incentive which is not acceptable. Thermax HR has lost their credibility and faith. This has never happened by Thermax HR in the past. Secondly, though HR was reluctant for providing incentive; on the other side they realized the mistake and corrected the increment letter(2023) reflecting incentive rule which is applicable for next year. This clearly shows that HR has accepted the mistake. However, what about employees of current year? We have still not received the incentive. I request Thermax management to think about irresponsible behaviour of Corporate HR and fix the issue as Thermax is well known for their ethics and values.
