How low a company can stoop for money? Well no one actually guess that as the list is pretty long and seems never ending, But I would like to add this name to the list as well. This website advertises itself as a company that offers great products or one can say best product in the name of discounted ones. And the prices are so attractive I bet you wont hit the buy button. Likewise I ordered the mobile Realme X6 some time ago. The payment gateway seemed quite okay, no lagging nothing so it didn’t bothered me at all. Most sites make a mess there and then. But this one seemed different so. I became the scapegoat this time and really what happened has made me lose my trust in online shopping and refurbished products lost forever. The product that I chose to buy was in stock, similarly while buying the payment was deducted as well. But what and where the things went ugly is later when all things were set and done and then after the order was placed and getting a mail confirmation. The next mail said the product ordered is out of stock! I was like wait, what? I simply am tired of making rigorous efforts trying to make a contact with them but it isn’t happening at all. On the other hand there is no sign of refund or order re-placed again as product is back in stock. As from here on my desktop I can see the product back in stock and now I feel like I am duped of chunk of my money. Seriously going to sue this company for cheating the customer. I’ll see them in the court. Please verify first if the site is trustworthy then only place the order. Or else a few extra thousand wile buying something wont make a difference but I lost my money to this and more than that the trust which I had over all these years!
