Poor internet speed, terrible customer service

I had a terrible experience with TTN. They advertised 10 Mbps @ Rs. 999 per month + installation charges, totalling Rs. 1658 for the 1st month.


I took the 10 Mbps service, and on the same day that it was activated, I noticed that the download speed was between 0.75-1.32 Mbps. When I called their "support" number they said that the "load was high". How is that my problem? If I’m paying for 10 Mbps, how can they give me 1/10th of that and claim high load?


The next day, the internet was completely down. WORSE, they had taken their phones off the hook, so their customer service numbers were constantly engaged. After 1 hour of trying, I contacted the sales guy, and he said "cable cut". That was it.


Their poor behaviour, lack of integrity, lack of honesty and pathetic customer support are EXACTLY like BESCOM, BSNL, etc.


I would recommend that no one use their service. They should be blacklisted for this.
