The most pathetic customer service. We have been their customer for the last 3 months. When the sales was done everything was promised but nothing was delivered.
The speeds sometimes go down mysteriously. If there is a problem, you are guaranteed a down time of ATLEAST 2 days. The customer service staff are clueless.
Their standard response "Line problem sir". So if you really need pathetic customer service, substandard quality go with TTN. They will not disappoint.
