I have been using TTN broadband services from last 7 months and I am completely fed up with the TTN services. My plan is 50MBPS with 90 GB data free for 3 months but all the times it’s max speed is just 1.5 or 2 MBPS and when I reported an issue to TTN customer care, nobody are able to fix the issue.
Every alternate day net is not working and I need to call TTN CC to rectify the issue but it’s again temporary not permanent fix. Every alternate day these people come up with same reason like issue is from their main server, line is temporary down.
This is the last month when I will use this connection. I will not recommend to choose TTN services to anyone.
