Please be very careful with the cancellation policies of this fraud agency, We trusted this agency thinking it is renowned and best but we started facing all issues after I paid 1, 00000, which was taken has advance for providing discount but only later we came to know about there policies.
First comes visa even after we give them proper documents which they ask for visa our visas were rejected which was done in fast track for that we paid 25, 000 which is out of tour cost that also we lost after this was done, we were asked to reapply for visa or else we will lose 1, 00000 which we paid in the beginning so we did reapply again our visas were rejected even after submitting the documents they asked us for.
After all this we were asked to come office number of times to submit all the documents worst customer service they spoiled my honeymoon also no humanity and now they are telling we will not give 1, 00000 back because our visas were rejected they dont make any efforts better you go on your own then trusting these non sense agencies.
We dint get tour, visa or money which we paid because of there non sense cancellation policy please go through it and then book they have made this policies just to make money.
