Very Bad Experience.
We had planned our Thailand tour. It was a group tour. Just one week before of tour, one of its staff member informed me that the group tour was cancelled and we have to pay extra amount for making our tour customized.
I cancelled my tour and booked it from another very good tour company with less package charges (with same itinerary and plan) compared to this stupid THOMAS COOK .
SHAMELESS STAFF, THEY BECOME DEAF AND DUMB WHEN U QUESTION THEM.(MS.AMRUTA PAWAR, my tour operator from Mumbai office. She didn’t know what was the rule of her company)
At the time of booking, we are treated like king but when we have made full payment they become RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE.
Please travel with any other travel agent, not with Thomas Cook, if you do not want to be duped in terms of money and time. The top management of the company is a BIG TIME FRAUD.
