We have done a big mistake by booking our trip through Thomas cook . They are cheaters. We go for holiday to take sme rest not to take stress. Their communications are not clear when u book a trip but of course their service team will send u huge mail will full of excuses when u complain. Their staff does not believe in giving good service, they just make sure u pay full payment on time so they can vanish fast to make a fool of another customer.
After that they will give u an excuse that it was mentioned on our site that a trip worth of Rs 90 k for Andaman is a budgeted trip and in budget trips we just ensure to take out money frm the travellers rather than providing them the comfort. Dear Thomas cook we have asked for comfort not luxury . "if u want more pay more " yes that’s the statement we received in mail from ur authorities. We were chasing u to knw our hotels n flight timings, was that too much for u? All sites give choice of hotels in all levels of trips( luxury or budgeted) Was it really difficult for u?
